A savory and aromatic Korean dish that pairs tender marinated beef with noodles, inspired by royal traditions from Korea’s culinary heritage.

Ingredients

1 pack spaghetti or linguini noodles (500g)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Sliced beef rib eye or top sirloin (300g)

1 medium onion, sliced
-
1 carrot, shredded
-
2 green onions, chopped
-
1 tablespoon oyster sauce or to taste

Toasted sesame seeds and green onion for garnish
Bulgogi Marinade:

4 tablespoons soy sauce
-
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
-
1 tablespoon sesame oil
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
1 tablespoon brown sugar
-
6 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl and mix well then set aside.
In a medium bowl, add sliced beef, onion, carrot, and green onions, and pour the marinade on top. Mix to combine and set aside for at least 10 minutes, or overnight.
Cook spaghetti or linguini noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or a pan over medium-high heat, and add the bulgogi mixture along with the sliced onions. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the beef is browned.
Add cooked noodles and oyster sauce. Stir fry everything together for about 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy! Bil Afya!
