Marry Me Chicken - AKA Creamy Tuscan Chicken

A creamy, flavorful sauce made with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, combined with perfectly seasoned chicken breasts, gives this dish an irresistible blend of Italian and Mediterranean flavors.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh spinach or basil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add the chicken broth, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return the chicken breasts to the pan, reduce the heat, and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Garnish with fresh spinach or basil for extra flavor.
