Kuwaiti Spiced Bundt Cake "Girs Gaily"

Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Pinch of vanilla powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- A few drops of white vinegar (optional)
- 1 ¾ cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup corn or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- Toasted sesame for garnish (optional)
- 8-inch (20.3cm) round bundt cake pan
Directions:
- Prepare the Bundt cake dish by brushing it with butter and dusting it and the sesame if using, then, set it aside.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, vanilla powder, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt, then set aside.
- In a deep bowl, using a hand mixer or in a stand mixer, whisk eggs and sugar, vanilla essence, and vinegar together well for about 3-5 minutes until it’s light and airy, then add the milk and oil and continue to mix until well incorporated.
- Gradually add the flour mixture while continuously mixing until all the flour mixture is mixed in.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared Bundt cake dish, garnish with more sesame seeds, then place in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool, then carefully flip onto a serving dish and serve.
